Follow up question: 2004 Sebring’s transmission has 35k miles on it. Do I need a drain and fill or a flush?

I asked a question about whether or not I could do it myself, and I know now that I’m going to pay a shop. I’ve got prices – $50 for a drain, fill, and filter replacement. $120 for a 100% flush. Do I need to spring for the full service at 35k miles?
